Quick Ways To Relax

2. Listen to your favorite songs, and sing along to them.

4. Give yourself a 60-second massage on the inner edges of your eyebrow arches, and the temples inside your head.

5. Eat chocolate, it helps you release endorphins that will make you happy.

6. Soak a towel and microwave it for a couple of minutes until its steamy, then place it on your neck, forehead,or achy lower back.

7. In your chair sit up straight and let your arms drop limp at your sides. Inhale, and exhale, then lean forward and rest your chest on your thighs. Stay in this position for five seconds and then slowly come up and inhale. Repeat two or three times.

8. Smile; studies show that there are positive effects if you smile whether it is fake or real. This will make you feel better.
