Stressed?

  With finals coming up it can be easy to lose yourself in all of the stress. Luckily here are some quick and easy ways to relax.
1. Put on some lavender oil or lavender perfume - studies show that lavender can help lower cortisol levels (a stress hormone).

2. Go through old photos - this will score you a quick mood boost.
3. Chew Gum - this can help reduce cortisol levels.
4. Hug it out - hugging can help reduce blood pressure and stress levels.
5. Do An Art Project
